Do I need to bring anything with me to the workshop? [Top]
Depending on the workshop you chose, you may wish to bring visual aids or props that will assist you in your presentation.

Will I have to prepare anything before attending the workshop? [Top]
We advise those attending a one day workshop to prepare a short presentation on any subject they chose, to last about 7-10 minutes. If you're attending a two day workshop, have two short presentations prepared.

What is the difference between a one day and a two day workshop? [Top]
On a one day workshop you have a couple of opportunities to put into practice what you have learnt throughout the day. The one day workshop is more for people who have given a few presentations or for those who have never given a presentation.

On a two day workshop we really hone in on the style and structure of your presentations with plenty of opportunities to put them into practise. You will get honest and constructive feedback along with positive coaching on a one to one basis.

What is the maximum number of delegates on the workshops and why? [Top]
We restrict the number of delegates to eight on each workshop, so that we can give everyone the opportunity to put into practise what they have learnt and receive valid and full feedback for their future development.

Will I be videoed during the workshop? [Top]
Yes, we do record some elements of your presentations for you to see yourself as others see you (your best critic quite often is yourself). We don't provide copies of the video to anyone else so don't worry you won't end up on 'YouTube'.

Is there an examination or test? [Top]
No, you're not under examination conditions at any stage during the workshop. The workshop is interactive and we would like you to take part in several activities that you feel comfortable with.

Do I have to have good computer skills and be able to use PowerPoint? [Top]
No, you don't even need to use a computer if you're not comfortable with them. You may also benefit from staying away from a computerised form of presentation.

How should I dress for the workshop? [Top]
There is no set dress code for attending the workshop. We would suggest that you feel comfortable.

I have been told I have a strong accent can this be a problem? [Top]
Personally, I find listening to peoples voices with a regional dialect interesting. Remember we aren't trying to produce an off the shelf presenter. We want to work with the real you. We can suggest some strategies that will soften your accent if you wish.
